To observe the effect of oral methylprednone tablets on wound healing of facial atro⁃ phic acne after fractional carbon dioxide laser surgery. Methods: The data of outpatient dermatology cases in Xijing Hospital, Xi'an, China, was retrospectively analyzed, and the postoperative wound healing process of 103 patients with atrophic acne scars treated with fractional carbon dioxide laser from January 2019 to December 2021 was analyzed. Our purpose was to demonstrate the efficacy of the 308-nm excimer laser for treatment of psoriasis. This study was a multicenter open trial from 5 dermatology practices (one university-based and 4 private practices).
