Nutrient Deficiencies Behind Excess Weight: A Clinical Study of Obesity in Iraq
Obesity has emerged as a pressing public health issue worldwide, with its prevalence sharply increasing in developing nations such as Iraq. This study examines the role of nutrient deficiencies in the development and regulation of body weight among individuals in Iraq. Nutrient imbalances, particularly in essential vitamins and minerals, have been linked to the onset of obesity and related metabolic disorders. Through a comprehensive clinical assessment, this research explores the impact of these deficiencies on weight regulation and highlights the association between inadequate nutrient intake and the exacerbation of excess body weight. The findings suggest a significant relationship between nutrient deficiencies and obesity, emphasizing the need for targeted nutritional interventions in combating obesity in Iraq. This study contributes valuable insights into the underlying causes of obesity, paving the way for more effective prevention and management strategies.
